LoVe, LoVe, LoVe. | No. 2

My favourite arty find in recent months is embroidery artist Francesca Cramer. She breathes new life into old photographs and postcards with delicate embroidery, creating fresh new scenes and stories that are a delight to behold.

Introducing: Speckled Plate

There is nothing I love more than mealtimes. Those three (sometimes four or five!) times in a day when I get to enjoy some simple and nourishing recipes. I plan my meals in advance. I make lists of ingredients and get mildly stressed if there isn’t a plentiful supply of healthy ingredients to hand…

Introducing: Pressed flower iPhone cases

Spring means one thing to me: flowers. I begin thinking about their arrival too soon. As the evenings draw out and the morning sun (on a good day) has some warmth, I follow the Holt road towards North Norfolk. You’ll probably see photographs of the Weybourne and Cley beaches on my Instagram. But the place I’m really holding out for is the wild flower gardens at Natural Surroundings in Holt.

LoVe, LoVe, LoVe. | No. 1

One of my favourite floral finds this year is Copenhagen based studio Poppykalas. My newest blog series LoVe, LoVe, LoVe is where I’m sharing all the things that I love and just have to tell you about (coz you might love it too). Check out the others!

Anya Raczka | Oak & Claw

Anya Raczka is a photographer and nature lover living in the Peak District. We talk about her muted, natural style, her passion for growing her own fruit and veg and her brave walking companion ‘Doug Pickles’. I fell for the beautiful colour and atmosphere in her photographs. She is definitely at one with her surroundings.

Kierstan Leigh | Photographer & Artist

Kierstan Leigh is a photographer living in Massachusetts, USA. We talk about her unpolished artistic voice, her obsession with Instagram (including being featured twice for her #WHP creations), and her hilarious adventures in hair-dyes! I was very excited to stumble across her Instagram account. I believe she is doing what a lot of creative people hope to do, expressing her uniqueness in a wonderful language of her own.

Introducing: Seagull artisan baby mobile

My love of fabric is no secret. I have always been drawn to natural materials: silk, linen and cotton. Even as a child, my mother would make our clothes by hand and let us choose the colours and patterns. This is what drew me to these beautiful artisan baby mobiles. Each seagull mobile is created individually by a maker in France.

Christine Ross | Artist living on Vancouver Island

Christine Ross is an artist living on the west coast of Canada. We talk about her unique mixed media style, her early artistic memories, femininity (and being a little bit badass) and her beautiful home on Vancouver Island. I cannot get enough of her Instagram – I could keep scrolling forever.
